EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
DOMINIKA KREATIONS CORP RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ACCEPT EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
To process any exchange or return request, the following conditions must be met:
1. The request must be submitted within the maximum period of twenty (20) calendar days from the date of delivery of the product.
2. The product must show no signs of use, must not have been altered, and must be in perfect condition.
3. Free of perfume or makeup odors.
4. The product must include original tags, accessories, and original packaging.
To ensure transparency regarding product quality, our quality team records a video of the garment before it is shipped to the buyer.
For hygiene reasons, exchanges and returns of intimate apparel such as lingerie, underwear, or bodysuits must include the security sticker that comes with each garment, and there must be no signs that it has been removed in order to approve the return or exchange. PLEASE DO NOT REMOVE THE STICKER UNTIL YOU ARE SURE ABOUT YOUR PURCHASE.
Refunds will be issued for the purchase amount and returned to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Please submit your request through this link: https://account.dominikakreations.com. You will receive a return confirmation email along with a return label. Print it and place it on the same packaging in which your order was delivered, then drop it off at a USPS location at no cost to you. The refund process will begin as soon as the product arrives at our warehouse.
The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account will depend on your bank.
Exchanges and returns will only be processed when the request is submitted through the official channels specified above.
If you would like to exchange a product for a different one, whether due to size or style, you must first complete the return and then place a new order.
All product exchanges, whether through our website, social media, or other channels, are subject to inventory availability.

WARRANTY
The warranty covers manufacturing defects. The warranty period is:
• Thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery of the product.
The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage caused by failure to follow the care and maintenance instructions.
To ensure transparency regarding product quality, our quality team records a video of the garment before it is shipped to the buyer. Products will not be exchanged under warranty if the video shows the garment was in perfect condition at the time of shipment.
Products are understood to be in conformity with the contract as long as:
• They match the description provided by us and have the qualities presented on this website.
• They are suitable for the purposes for which products of the same type are ordinarily used.
• They have the quality and performance typical of products of the same type and that can be reasonably expected.
PROCEDURE FOR EXCHANGES AND WARRANTY
To make the warranty effective or to proceed with the exchange of any product purchased through our website, mobile apps, or social media, the customer may submit their request through any of the following means:

The customer must include:
• Full name
• Order number
• Document equivalent to the invoice
• Any other information considered relevant to process the warranty or exchange.
The customer service department will review the request and, if approved, will request the return of the product for physical inspection, coordinating with the customer the details of the return.
If the warranty is approved, the procedure to make it effective will be communicated. Otherwise, a formal response will be provided explaining the reasons for rejection, and the product(s) will be returned to the original shipping address.
Requests submitted after the warranty period has expired will not be processed.
WHEN DOES THE WARRANTY NOT APPLY?
8. The warranty period has expired since the date the item was delivered.
9. Damage resulting from purchasing the wrong size.
10. Failure to follow the use and care instructions detailed on the label.
11. Use of deodorants, creams, oils, lotions, or any other body or chemical products that discolor the fabric.
12. Use of bleach or harsh chemicals during washing.
13. Fading caused by direct sun drying or shrinkage caused by machine drying.
14. The garment was altered or modified by the customer, affecting its original fit.
15. The print, appliqués, or embroidery were ironed.
16. Normal wear and tear of the garment.
17. There is evidence that the garment has been handled, modified, or altered by the customer.
18. Failure to follow the instructions for use of the garment.
